Some employers offer free incentives for their employees to be healthier. A couple of years ago, I participated in a program that allowed me to get free healthy snacks as well as a rubber band. Also, there's always the weight loss challenge that goes on in many offices. These type of things are great motivators to become fit.
Yes, and I am enjoying and exhausting all those incentives. I think they are the one of the best ways to save money. In my job, we have a free unlimited gym. So I am saved to subscribe and pay for a gym. Only that they gym is not located in my office. It's located somewhere else a little far. Nevertheless it's still accessible as it's just close to home. My job is farther to where I live, but the gym is closer.
