Have you ever had that feeling when playing a game, and later thinking what kind of game would you make. With all the different things you would pay attention to. Am I the only one or has it happend to you too?
I've often thought about designing games on a creative level. Character design, In-game artwork. Maybe have a hand in writing the story or scenarios. I don't think I have the knowledge or the patience for the programming side of things, though.
I wish I had the talent to design games. Sometimes I think I come up with great ideas, but I don't know anything about programming and I'm not that artistic, so I don't really think I have a chance.
I've tried creating my own game before, but not like a video game. More like a board game for one of my favourite TV series. I would sit down on my free time and write endless trivia questions in my notebook haha. I was around 10 when I was doing that and it seemed like such a great idea at the time. I had an idea of how the board would look and how the game would run but now, I lost the notebook so I don't remember lol.
Yes, I would also love to create games. I actually tried it, but I did not know where and how to start. It takes a bit of a high level of intelligence to be able to that. I gave up a minute after coming up with that realization. But it keeps coming back, the idea of me creating my own game. I just simply think that it would really be fun.
