I'm just wondering how many people have actually done this, because I know that you have to present a prescription when buying meds in person, so obviously if you buy it online you don't need to present one. Which makes me think that you might be getting fake meds if you buy from a random site? Because who knows where they have been getting their supplies, right? So if you have experienced buying meds online, then tell me how was your experience? Did the products arrive? Was it a "safe" transaction overall?
I have never bought medicines online. It is not because of that the site might sell fake medicines. Anyway the offline stores could also give you forged medicines. The main reason of not buying is that the vendors will give you medicines from older lots as they will try to keep their stocks up to date. And regarding life saving drugs, I cannot take the chance.
I have not tried this, personally. I have heard of people getting great deals when otherwise, they couldn't afford medicine. I would be very careful though. If a site claims that you don't need a prescription, I don't think I'd go there. I have heard that some people buy there medicines from other countries, because it's cheaper. I guess those transactions may happen over the Internet. People also buy meds for their pets by shopping online. Contact lenses are another medical item that can be purchased online. They also require a current prescription though.
That's true. You remind me of one news report that I have heard over here, that there are some drug stores that tend to sell expired medicines for the sake of profit. That's why it's important that you always keep an eye on the manufacture date and the date of expiry of any medicine that you buy.
Substances like prescription drugs are not among the things I like to buy from a remote store online. With the great awareness that people be careful of fake drugs I like to physically examine and scrutinise any prescription drugs I buy and easily lodge a complain should any problem arise. I may not trust enough what's going to be packaged and mail to me should I order online.
Well, this may sound impractical for the drugstore is always requiring a doctor's prescription especially when it is not over the counter medicine. There would come a time that it would be possible. The prescription is printed out with a bar code in it for the drugstore machine to read or decipher. Once it is done, the drugstore would dispense the medicine mentioned on the electronic prescription.
I haven't tried that. I wouldn't do it either because I think it's safer to know exactly what you're getting and to ensure that you're getting it. I don't even think it's all that possible since you have said prescription drugs which you can't get without a valid prescription.
Actually, it is possible to get drugs even without a prescription. I have done that around 5 times already in the past in person. Small drug stores seem to not mind if you don't have any prescription. Only big companies enforce that "no prescription, no sale" policy.
Here also we can buy drugs without prescription. But there are a few drugs which you cannot buy without prescription. Regular use drugs like calpol, paracetamol, cough syrups etc. you can buy without prescription.
Like most people, I would hesitate to purchase prescription meds online due to the faact that you have to be careful even when buying them offline for authentidication purposes. I would only consider them if they are not available in my country and from respectable company websites. It doesn't help to know that this is a popular front for selling narcotics.
The dominant part of online drug stores are illicit. They additionally have a web crawler to locate a patient help program that might have the capacity to pay for your prescription. These projects do work and they will help you round out the printed material in the event that you are not ready to do it without anyone else's help. You can call your specialist and inquire as to whether (s)he will see you for nothing or a decreased rate. In the event that they can't, they might have the capacity to suggest another specialist that will see you. Your other alternative is to go to your state's therapeutic administrations office and they ought to have the capacity to help you get into a state program or direct you to a center that ought to have the capacity to help you. Just to be clear, any medication in the USA t requires a solution issued by a specialist.
@luisalex96, So are you telling me that you can get a fake prescription because those online med stores refer other people who don't have a prescription to have a fake one made for them? I have never heard of that modus operandi before.
I have never bought and don't plan to buy prescription medicines online. Although here we do get to buy medicines without prescription at the local drug stores but you can't buy all medicine in that way.
