If you are consistent you can get good results! But I think you'll be much better of trying this: Log In
I've tried both. Between the 2, I will pick P90x only because I didn't give Insanity enough time to get use to the program. I've been doing P90x for awhile so I that's why I would pick Tony Horton's program. In my opinion, Insanity is a great workout plan. Like P90x, you have various exercise routines to challenge your body and get into shape. When I first did Insanity, I did pull a muscle but this probably due to me pushing myself too hard to keep up with Shaun T during the session. My friend did Insanity and I saw immediate results on her body within 2 weeks! She saw it too, which is why she kept posting a billion pictures of herself on Facebook everyday.
