I'm curious if anyone has used the flower service The Bouqs? I am thinking about using it this week to purchase flowers for a friend's birthday. They advertise it as getting quality flowers with shipping included. I know I've fallen for $19.99 flower deals on some websites and then they tell me it's going to be $18.99 shipping and handling once I go to pay. What are your thoughts on this company? Any tips? Thanks!
