I have been seeing both of these advertise on TV. At first it was just Angie's List and then Home Advisor came along for a little competition, I guess. The difference between the two? Angie's List ask for a fee to join and Home Advisor states it's free to join. They both provide names of contractors that can provide home improvement services. Has anyone used the services of either, if so, would you care to share your experiences and/or thoughts, anyone?
