Do they actually save you money? In theory, yes they can save you a lot of money but fact is they can only save you money if you use them only as supplements. If for example you could use baking soda and vinegar to clean your house and it will save you some money but try to make your own laundry detergent and you'll find out soon enough that you aren't saving any money. That was my experience. Have any of you tried making cleaning supplies at home? Did they work as well as store bought detergents and . . . did they save you some money?
They sure do - in fact having made many, many very effective variations of almost every type of natural household cleaner over the years - from fabric softener, laundry detergent, oven cleaner to multi-purpose household cleaners and more - absolutely no doubt about it - making your own household cleaners is very definitely an excellent way of saving money - particularly as - not only are the majority quick, easy and extremely inexpensive to make - but also just as effective - if not more so - than many of the more expensive commercially produced ones.
