Homemade Magnesium Oil,does It Work?

    I became a new mommy a few months ago and since my body is providing for two, because I breastfeed, I craved chocolate more and started to get very bad leg cramps. My friend told me it can be a magnesium dificctionsy.

    I browsed in the shops for magnesium pills,oils and lotions, it's very expensive.
    So I've browsed the Internet in homemade recepices for magnesium oils and found few.

    Has anyone tried making it and how did it work for you?

    I haven't tried making magnesium oil. How does it work, do you rub it into your skin? I do tend to have a magnesium deficiency (not medically tested), and usually keep calcium magnesium pills on hand for when I get cramps. I recently ran out, and also read that something called magnesium malate actually helps with Fibromyalgia, which I have, so I'm considering getting some of that instead of the calcium magnesium.

    Here's a recipe I found for making magnesium oil, but please do some research first, before trying it, particularly since you're breast feeding:
