I noticed that my current address receive more coupons in the mailbox than my previous residence even though my previous residence is only a couple of blocks away from my current address. Both of those places are apartment complexes and I don't think the management of my previous apartment complex kicked out people who put coupons in our mailboxes. This makes me wonder, do stores really give away coupons only to certain areas? If they do, how do they determine in which areas they should give away their coupons?
