I've read that bird dogging is a good way to get started in real estate. However, I'm perplexed at how to get started. For one, I'm really not sure that I understand what it is. One person I talked to suggested that I run all of the numbers and go visit the property and all of that stuff and take photos. I thought it was just something where I would bring good leads to the attention of investors. What do you think?
