I am ALWAYS nice ;) Lmao!!! :) It most likely is the cheese. I don't eat dairy at all these days. I have had a few one off encounters with dairy, but other than that I have eliminated it from my diet completely. I don't even go in the fridge for food these days. The only thing I go in the fridge for, really, is eggs. That's it. My older sister said that pizza had started to make her body react in the same way too, so who knows what they have done to the cheese. Pizza is terrible food lol.

And it's not necessarily just what's been done to it, though much has changed in farming, as we know. But the effects of food don't just hit us.. they accumulate. That's why I say it's best to know what something does to the body long term (studies) rather than just how we're reacting right now. So many people go on and on about how they can eat whatever they want and not gain weight and they're perrrrrfectly healthy... then guess what they're doing once they hit their 30s (earlier and earlier these days though).. yep, dieting and medicated and grumpy and suffering from a slew of issues. It starts when we're children. Our arteries, our intestines etc.. it all starts young. Then bam.
You've written me off and you're always nice lmao.. I'd hate to know what you're like when you're angry! haha

I know coconut oil is very good for you but I have not purhased any yet. I saw it priced affordably at a disount store but I didn't have any cash with me that day. I would like to start cooking with it, and maybe use on my hair and skin as well. It seems like a product that has a lot of virtues to be honest.

Coconut oil is one of my favorite beauty products. I don't use it for cooking but buy it to use as a beauty product.
I have very dry skin so once a week I will put coconut oil all over my body as a deep conditioner for my skin. It is very oily so I usually put on pants and a long tshirts and sleep in it. However the next few days my skin is so soft.
I also use it on the ends of my hair. Sometimes I use too much and I have to double wash my hair though.
I use it to take off make up under my eyes instead of a make up remover and I add lemon juice to it to use it to even out my skins and help fade scars.

I agree. Over the last two years or so my body has become so much more sensitive to bad foods. It's like waking through a land-field sometimes. Or is it landmine? You get the gist lol. I used to be one of those people who used to brag about how I could eat anything and still remain slender, yet the whole time my health was being affected and I did not realize the magnitude of it, so I agree with that too. Hahahah! ;)
