While I pay more in electricity than you guys as I stated in the other thread, my phone is very cheap. My phone AND internet (DSL) is 12 dollars a month. Surfing the web is tolerable but I will not be able to download anything faster than 40 kb/s . This is not a huge problem because I am past downloading media and music these days. I am working more and more online though and some work requires video chat and online conferences so my low speed is a hindrance and makes that lag considerably.
