My shocks are already at the end of their life. I have a 1996 Toyota Corolla GLi and I feel that the shocks at the back of my car are already worn out. I hear a sort of squishing/crushing sound. I wanna replace the two shock absorbers at the back but I don't know what price to expect or to haggle when I'm gonna look for them. What is the right price for one shock absorber for a Toyota Corolla GLi 96 modell? On a side note, do you think that it's safe to use my car even if the shock absorbers are already worn out?
