I drink the same amount of water all year long, I will drink eight pints of water spread out during the day. I drink that much because that is what I was originallyy told was the amount we should be drinking. :)

I'm also guilty of not drinking enough water when the weather is cool, but I don't have dry skin thank God, maybe because I'm only in my 20's. I should work on drinking water more often during the cold season.

Everyday i drink at least one liter of water, a full large bottle that i refill everyday, sometimes even twice, specially during the summer. So i can say that i at least drink a lot of water.

Well as far as I am is a concern so, I used to drink plenty of water daily in my routines. I like
to drink 3 to 4 liter of water as it does really help me a lot to get the nice deals over here.

There is no need to over consume water - you get water from what you eat as well as what you drink and sodas/juice/tea all count. The sugar doesn't discount from that (and the body does need sugar as well for a nice fatty brain). I said that as someone who has never had an issue with dry skin.

I have no choice but to drink copious amounts of water as I have a training routine and it calls for at least 2ltrs every time, plus more throughout the day.

As for other things good for your skin, I've heard omega 3 fish oil supplements are supposed to be good for your skin, hair, nails, etc.

Most of us, don't drink plenty of water results to dry skin. Then, use lotions, moisturized it outside if you can't achieve it inside.
I don't drink plenty of water too, so I have dry skin. But, I'm trying to drink lot of water now.
