As a gamer, I have to say I probably purchase games more than normal. And purchase games for almost everything. Home systems, my computer, my smartphone, etc. Of course, the flip side of that is sometimes I end up purchasing games I wish I didn't.
I have a friend who is exactly like that, the little money he has extra he uses it to buy games. I understand that we spend money on the things we love, but not being a gamer I feel that there are a lot of free and valid options.
