I have continued the same diet.. in fact I would call it a lifestyle change and I am loving it. The amount of raw vegetables, water and proteins I eat has increased considerably while I have managed to cut off most simple carbs. I feel lighter and great .. I don't think I will go off this diet ever.

I really have never dieted in my life. I believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I don't believe it's what you eat. I believe it' how much you eat, and balancing out what we need. I love to eat, honestly and I've always been this. I'm also one of those people who are mostly on the go, and in a rush. I also have some little boys who keep me very busy. My whole family takes vitamins, and I believe they really help also. I don't diet, because I believe if we are willing ourselves to be a certain way then thats the way it will be.

It depends, but when I go on a diet, it's usually a by-product of a strong emotion, like sadness or being in love, lol. I don't intend to do it, but I end up doing it unintentionally because of those reasons. I can't help it, I lose my appetite when it happens. So it's safe to say that I go "dieting" from time to time. :)
