I used to be a once a week shopper. Now I just go and get what I need when I need it. Everyone is grown and gone and its just me now, so I kind of do the shopping as I go. Always looking for the good deals though. Finding deals can be very addictive. Once you start looking for them, its really hard to stop.

I used to shop on a regular basis, maybe twice a week but off late I do weekly shopping. This is more convenient for me as I now have a full time job and work through the week. Weekends are when I get to shop and make the most of it. I make a shopping list so that I don't forget something, and this works for me.

I used to be pretty good about grocery shopping only once a week. I would get pretty much the same items every time and be good with it all for the next several days. But over the years I've gotten more into cooking, so now I find myself going to the grocery store on a daily basis in the evenings to pick up ingredients for whatever I'm in the mood to make that day. I've noticed more and more so, that when I was picking up the basic ingredients to make a weeks worth of meals, there was a lot of stuff I was wasting because I ended up not being in the mood to eat certain items I thought I might want at some point. So now I go online daily and look through recipes to see what gets my attention and make it.

I mostly shop about once a week now. I shop the sales while I'm there, but I no longer use a bunch of coupons and plan them around the sales that are going on. For a couple years, I only shopped once a month and then would pick up perishables throughout the month as needed. I actually really liked doing it that way. I love sales, but it can get time consuming to keep up with all of them.

We grocery shop once a week depending on what we need. We prioritize using a shopping list and we actually waste a lot less food this way. We eat lots of produce so we have to be at the store constantly replenishing our supply. Also, we buy toiletries and other non-food items once a month. This is also when we purchase most of the meat we will need for the month. We deem this our "big shopping trip" while the others are significantly less. Sticking to our shopping list has helped us tremendously to cut down on frivolous expenses and forgotten items.

Its easier to think you're not spending real money when you get to have some amount in your paypal account. I can't help myself but buy things online especially when I get to have funds.

Once a week for grocery shopping, and every other day for top-ups works best for me. I usually make up a shopping list during the week, and some items get knocked off depending on how badly I need them. This way, I make sure that I do not end up with items that I can do without!

I try not to shop too often because I think that you tend to overspend when you do this. I try to write a list every time I go grocery shopping and I tend to visit the grocery store(s) about once a week. I find that when I visit the store more than that I spend more money than I planned to.

I'm not a big shopper I will wait till the last minute to go to the store. I usually get what I need and get out of there. The longer you hang around you increase your chance of spending more money. Sometimes I try to go right to the specific isle of what I need, and then I'll go straight to the register to check out. I see other people who stay in the store for an hour just walking slowly through every isle. I just can't do that I'm trying to get out as fast as possible.

I try to limit my trips to the grocery to no more than once a week. However I find that I'm often having to run out to get staples such as milk and eggs more often because we run out of them. It never fails though. When I buy more planning for this then my kids decide not to drink as much milk that week. Go figure.

I shop once a week and when I do I make a list of what I need so I won't over spend and be getting things I don't need. I think that is the only way to save money and get the necessary things that you need and don't go over your budget. I look at sales and go about my shopping list like that and I come out really good on the things I need.

They are so numerous at any supermarket that if they cleaned them you would see them doing so.The same also applies to the hand baskets.
Good question., i don't think anyone has asked anything like this before
