I know that most of us here already have their own tablets. We use it in different forms. To some it is for multimedia, some for browsing, others use it for reading and some for presentations. So how do you use yours? Mine is mused for reading books and that is the main reason why I bought one.

I use mine for when I'm commuting or waiting for other people to show up. I do normal browsing or work from there. Often times I'll have it in the kitchen with me, too, for a digital recipe option instead of needing a recipe card or to go back and forth to my computer. I do a lot of baking so that comes in handy.

It is when I'm planning to buy one. I believe its main use will be for Internet access on the go and managing files!

That is a great question. I own a Nook Tablet. I love it. It truly with apps can do more than I ever thought I would do on it. It is so much more than a way to read great books. I play games, check email, visit web sites, listen to radios all over the world, view cams all over the world, I even can type up work in Quick Office in it. So much more the Nook Tablet can do than what I listed.

My kindle which will arrive next week will probably just for surfing, going here in dontpayfull.com, reading ebooks and if bored play games. :D I'd have to find a good reason why i would keep it, if I earn more than I can by using it, I would bring it all the time even when I go to the beach :D

I don't have a tablet and I'm really debating with myself about getting one. I always considered them to be a entertainment device. It's interesting to see how different people use their tablets.

Most tablets are mini computers, so they add that much more usefulness to my life. In addition to reading books, browsing the internet and playing games, I use mine as a fitness tool with apps and videos. I use it for recipes and cooking, storing important documents, education, and important things I want to keep track of. Its greater portability makes it a great asset.

I have a Toshiba Thrive. Let me tell you, this tablet is really cool. It has a full USB port for when I need to make Powerpoint presentations and that is critical for me. I use it for business purposes, but it can easily be used for fun.

I've been using my tablet for over a year now and I can say that it has been very useful for me. I use the Samsung Galaxy Tab p1000. Old one but still efficient. I can even use programming apps like Anoc(Matlab), C++ and etc. :) When I'm tight on time I also use it to open my powerpoint presentations or other documents on the go and review some materials. I also play games, watch movies and such when I'm bored. It has been a constant tool for me so I'm planning to buy a new big one. :)

I got a tablet last year for Christmas and I absolutely love it! I use it a lot and I find it very useful for many different things. It works great when I don't bring my laptop with me and I want to look something up online. I also use it for multi purposes. I have my music uploaded onto the system so I can use it as an mp3 player. I also use it to read book and to watch movies. It works great for many different reasons and it is better than buying various different units and having to carry several units with you.
