For Christmas I got a gift certificate to have an oil change at a local Delta Sonic, now I am not sure if this is a regional or national chain, but I do know they are big here in NY. In the past i always had my mechanics shop do oil changes, but since I have a free gift for one, and they cost around $40 I will give it a try. I am concerned though because it seems like this is a mass production sort of set up. Has anyone ever had a problem with an oil change at Delta Sonic or one of the places that does this sort of thing?
Sorry mate, never did a change oil at Delta Sonic before. My tip is that you should try and Google them and see what people say about them. If they're not that reputable, then don't. If you're gonna push through with it, be there and watch them change the oil of your car. That way you would know what's going on. Also, go with your gut feel. If you don't feel at ease with them, it's probably not a good deal.
