Ibotta is an app you can download for your phone (android and iPhone) that offers you deals on groceries, alcohol, and more. The deals are updated about once a week. The concept is like couponing, except you go to a store (most are covered in my area), buy items on their list. You have to unlock the sale, but it is about 30 seconds of work. Then you scan the item at home by taking a picture of it. Then you take a picture of the receipt and send it in. That's it. If you reach a certain dollar value (usually $10) you get bonus money. Definitely worth trying. It lowers the cost of many name brand items to at least store brand prices, if not lower. I have cashed out in just two weeks into it, so you don't have to wait long to see your savings.
I have heard about this app and I think it is a wonderful app. But unfortunately this app is available only in a very few centuries. I feel really sad that such a thing happens only to a very few countries and the rest of the countries greatly enjoy the benefits of such services. I wish this app was available in my country also.
