I stopped paying for a gym membership a long time ago and started training at home. The plan was to save the money I'd pay at the gym and buy some equipment but I since forgot the idea and now train using just my body weight. My exercises of choice are push-ups and squats. I found some good videos on Youtube, teaching the proper way to perform them, and it's already been like 4 months since I first started. Daily, excepting the weekends, I do 90 push-ups and squats, each split into 3 groups. What about you?
