Bhutan, officially the Kingdom of Bhutan, is a landlocked country in South Asia located at the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is bordered to the north by China and to the south, east and west by India. Residents fear belts will trap them in their vehicles if their cars fall off one of the country’s plentiful 20,000-plus mountains. I guess then that not wearing seat belts in Bhutan isn't an offense? Anyone here lives in Bhutan or near there?
