Good advice. We are fortunate not to live in an earthquake prone area. We do have some danger of tornadoes, but with mountains all around, we don't have to worry too much about extensive damage from them. I don't think I could ever get accustomed to living with quakes!
I haven't experienced earthquake, at least not the high magnitude ones, but we are being warned by the government that a very strong earthquake might hit Manila. These are good tips and I would definitely keep this in mind. I also kept an emergency kit with whistle, bottled water, easy to open canned goods, flashlight and ropes. It's better to be over-prepared, better safe than sorry, right?
Lucky you. But I am living in a high risk earthquake region. Hope we will be fine! Yes I am agree with you. Its better to be safe than sorry!
Those really are good tips. I live in an earthquake prone area and spent my whole life doing earthquake drills. They are super scary events, but I would rather live where I do as opposed to a place that has tornadoes and hurricanes.
