Has anybody seen the infomercials for the insanity workout tapes?
It looks really good but that could have been because it was on repeat over and over again on Bloomberg.
    Has anybody tried it?

I tried Insanity workout by Shaun T and I worked fine for me. You will see improvement every day. For me was perfect, I can do the workout at home at any hour.

I tried the insanity workout by Shaun T, I recommend it and you see results almost immediately. I must warn you this workout is definitely not a cakewalk but your end results will make it well worth it.

I have watched the infomercials over and over. I am glad to hear feedback but my question is could you modify any of the workouts say for a bad ankle of knew? I realize they say their credo is high intensity workouts with small rest plateaus and back again to the intensity. Other than this is there any other "secret" to this program you couldn't get in any of the high intensity workouts?
