iOffer is a trading community that's almost similar to eBay. There are no fixed prices for products. Buyers can haggle with sellers over the quoted prices and if [or when] they reach an agreement, the transaction can be concluded. On prima facie value, iOffer looks like a great alternative to eBay but. . . And there have been complaints too: If you have to use iOffer, be very cautious.
