Does anyone have experience with an Iron Gym? What do you think about it? I do not personally own one, but a close friend has one. It seems effective as a pull up bar for a quick workout, but I can't really see the point as I have a gym in my condo complex. What about you?
I've been thinking about buying one... It's looks like a straight up middle-end pull-up bar. There are some better bars out there though... But as far as price/quality goes, this seems like a pretty good deal... I'll let you guys know in a couple of weeks. I'll be thick as hell by then
