Hi. I am on the hunt for a good Belgian Waffle maker. I have had some excellent homemade Belgian Waffles and have never asked what machine they are using. I have a regular waffle maker and have some success making regular homemade waffles with it, it is just lacking the plates to make the fatter waffles. Any experiences? Suggestions?

I'm still on the look out too.

Right now I have a regular waffle iron and it just doesn't do it for me. My parents have a really old Belgian waffle maker and I still use it when I'm home! But it is so old and really hard to clean.

    Anyone have a recommendation?

I'm sorry, I can't help you with that. I live in Belgium, so whenever I'm in the mood for for good Belgian waffle, I just go around corner and get myself one from the stand. I don't want to brag, but nothing and I mean nothing, beats the real deal. :-D the

My main concern is finding a regular source of easily made batter.
