Is it legal to collect bottled water?

    That kind of poor justification is exactly why the Government imposes more and more ridiculous laws on everyone.

    Wanting to prevent riots, people killing each other over water and massive prices in food and water is a poor justification? I think a large percentage of the world's population who actually suffers these things would disagree with you. I like living in a country where I don't have to worry about whether or not my neighbors are going to murder me for my water. If I can't save a few bucks because of it, I'm willing to accept that.

    I could see it becoming a health hazard if someone were to hoard water. It could attract mosquitos and other pests and spread disease. I am talking about pool sizes of water though. Not barrels.

    What the hell.

    Water is free. Its listed as one of the necessities to human life by the United Nations. You cannot truly claim ownership over the liquid that falls from the sky... What is this world coming to?
