I recently downloaded an app and bought the pro version because it is said to have more features. I've read some of the user reviews and it pretty seems to be a good app. However, after purchasing it, I opened the app and I tried using the feature (which can only be unlock when you have the full version) that I want to use but I can't open it. It says that I need to upgrade to the pro version. I tried solving this by reinstalling the app but to no avail, it still doesn't give me the features of the full version. I'm wondering if I can get a refund out of it.
