Who ever coined that saying is very much an absolutist. It's not true; the customer isn't always right, just as it's absurd if they're always wrong. Buying and selling is a relationship between the buyer and the seller. It's not a relationship between a god and a slave. There is always room for discussion so that both will be satisfied with the outcome.
