Does anyone use this and is it worth it? I have one and just never used it and then they sent me an email saying I could get a free 6 inch sub and would put 500 points on my card. I tried to check my balance on the card and it said my account had expired. I just don't trust them, because I would have ordered (for the freebie) and then found out that the card didn't work so I didn't bother. Also as they have so many deals (too confusing with premium and normal, they are just subs!) and what is applicable to what, it just puts me off going. The idea of a loyalty card is to encourage people and not put them off.
