Hi everyone! Seems as though I am running into some trouble with my laptop battery. My laptop is only 14 months old, and I am already having issues. The battery does not hold a charge for very long at all. It will completely shut down without any warning. No message saying "10% battery left. Plug in charger." etc. This morning, I got a message when I started up my computer regarding my battery. I don't remember the exact wording, but it said something about needing to get a new battery. How long is my battery going to last, before it really does die? Any guesses? Does anyone know of a place where I can get a laptop battery QUICKLY and VERY CHEAP? I am a college student, and I am on a major budget!!
Newegg.com is a great source for computers and computer peripherals. I have used them several times. They are very reputable. Also I have heard of TigerDirect. I haven't used them, but haven't heard of any complaints about them.
