Does anyone use line rental saver here? Where you pay for a years line rental up front. I do it because not only do I save 10% on the overall bill, but I now know my bills for the next 12 months will be 1/3 of what they were before.
This is always a good approach to paying your bills. The only problem is that most people have budgetary constraints which prevent them from paying in bulk. Most people for this reason find it psychologically expedient to pay in instalments. Paying in bulk would divert cash from other areas precipitating the need for loans which are expensive to service.
