I mean if they say it will be hot and ready when you get there then it should, that is the whole point of it. Like you said in that case getting it delivered is more convinient so those 30 minutes can be put to use while you wait in the comfort of your own home. What if your in a hurry and your relying on them to get a quick lunch or dinner and they fail, no then I would try another Little Ceasars then.
In my area, they have and still give me the pizza in less than 1 minute and I mostly always order 2 for 10 plus drink and bread sticks. I actually do think the taste is delicious. I find it to be one of my favorite pizzas.
