    Yes, we have stores here that put out reduced food items. I know one store in particular that has reduced items every week. I love bargains, and need to shop for them so I am happy to find reduced items. Some of the items you have to use quickly, but others are good for awhile. I have gotten some great buys from using reduced price goods.

    I used to do this a lot when I had hardly any money. I used to buy specifically sandwiches for £0.05 (which were good for my dinner that night), then a load of fruit and vegetables that could be frozen. Typical I used to be able to get hold of bananas, onions, apples, oranges, tomatoes and mushrooms. I'd often be able to get something extra as well. And almost always I could pick up bread for less than £0.10 a loaf.
