Here's a helpful hint for making your own cleanser. Whether you want to do it all the time to save money or if you find yourself in a pinch some time, it works great. Say you're cleaning the bathroom, with company coming over later, and you run out of cleanser. No need to rush to the store. Grab the baking soda and just add a few drops of liquid soap. You can use liquid hand soap, dish-washing liquid, or laundry soap and get back to scrubbing the tub.

This is a good tip to keep in the back of your mind. When you run out of cleaning supplies right in the middle of cleaning. Thanks for sharing. One of my favorites is to use White Vinegar in the bathroom to kill germs in the toilet and wash down the face bowl.

Happy to help, Danyel. :) Finding new ways to save money (or just ways to make life easier) is always nice. It's great when you can make extra use of things you already have around the house.

That's a great tip as well, Pat. I've never tried it for toilet cleaning, but vinegar has lots of handy uses.

Cool! It's great how baking soda has a crap ton of use. I also heard somewhere that Coke would work well also but I never really tried it. Thanks for the tips I'd probably try this out later before I take a shower.
