I don't really drink coffee unless I need to stay up or I'm craving something sweet. When I do drink coffee, I drink around 1 to 2 glasses per day, but not everyday. I never tried making my own coffee though, I just buy those ready made ones.

Today I am up for a big coffee because I slept poorly and I am playing tennis this evening, so I need to be at my best lol or at least try it. I am going to make this special mix to see if I get all pumped up! :)

I make my own coffee every day. I like trying out different varieties and experimenting with how to make it. I have my favorites, but I'm also always open to new things. The sweet treat coffees can be good sometimes, but I usually just prefer regular coffee. I definitely don't like all that super sweet flavored stuff first thing in the morning. Good old regular coffee is what I crave when I wake up.

Just this weekend I had coffee and milk, something I didn't have for a long time and I loved it, I had it some sugar and it's perfect for the breakfast. I don't know why I left so much time pass since the last time I had this, but glad that I had it again. :)

Prior to changing my coffee preference to alkaline coffee, I was an avid drinker of commercial coffees like Nescafe and those mocha frap and vanilla caramel flavors you see in coffee shops. I could only drink one cup a day, though. I don't want to experience palpitations throughout the week, so no thanks. However, I'd love to be able to brew my own coffee. Coffee makers are cheap. In the future, I'll buy one.
