MassPay is one of Paypal's payment methods that allows sellers to send money to different people at the same time OR sending money to 1 person only but with a lower fee applied. However, you have no buyer protection when you use MassPay, so this isn't really advised when buying things from a seller you don't trust. The fee the seller needs to pay is 2%.
