Maybe I would be good at couponing if I could remember the coupons!

We just got two Sunday papers sent to us from my husband's aunt, so I was really stoked to start cutting out some coupons! Needless to say, I found some great deals! I found a coupon for $5 your total purchase at Walgreens which is where we buy our soda that is 4 cases for $10, so we would have gotten 4 cases of soda for $5 but...I forgot the dang coupon! Fast forward to the next day, I had a coupon to save $10 off a prescription from the pharmacy we use...I forgot it not once, but TWICE! I organized all of my coupons in a little travel booklet, and for some reason, I can NEVER remember it! I put it in my purse, and then somehow I end up taking it out without realizing it, like when I'm searching for something and whatnot, and then it just kills me that I could have saved so much money!

LOL! I have definitely done this more times than I can count. One good idea is to pick up one of those mini coupon organizers; I have a cute pink one from Dollar Tree. It's small enough to keep in your purse, so just take any coupons that you KNOW you will use and put them in there. Then, they'll always be on hand when you need them! Plus, the coupon organizer sticks out a little more and will catch your attention when you're reaching for your wallet more than a small, folded-up coupon would.

Once you get in the habit of using your coupons more, it'll be second nature to ALWAYS look for a coupon when you're buying something!!
