I'm very much into the spontaneous buying, because I just can't resist a bargain. Unfortunately it means that some months I'm as broke as a joke by the end of it, and others I'm flush. I dread the Amazon mega deals in particular, because I seem to buy stuff that I neither needs nor am I ever likely to gift them to someone else. All that said, I'm happy to never be without a gift when someone comes calling unexpectedly.
