How do you feel about the massive expansion in the varieties of these types of products? I just want mouthwash, I want it to kill the critters lurking in there and that is all. I don't mind if comes in mint or regular, but now mouthwash will do any number of a dozen things in loads of pretty colours and flavours inappropriate for the task at hand. Anyone else not wanting to fight their way through a hundred different products that all do the same thing?
In my opinion products are getting too gimmicky. They are making products that are simple into complex products that claim to be almost life savers. Sometimes that concerns me because the government safety and quality bodies are letting these products pass and be sold to the public under shady and sometimes false premises. The government should be more rigid in my opinion as to what gets sold, how effective their claims are and if they do what they say.
