Movie novelizations?

    I am not really into the movie novelization because I believe in originals. I would rather read the book because it's from the original work who's written by the author. If I really like the movie, I would rather watch it. I think the movie novelization is somehow a way to get more readers.

    I've tried reading a few movie novelizations but I found them rather uninteresting. I can't see a point in reading a book based on a movie, especially when I already know the plot.

    I've never read a book based on a movie.. wasn't even aware of it, but I guess it happens. I've read plenty that movies are based on though.. not that I could narrow it down lol
