    Long time ago we were told that margarine was a healthy alternative to butter, and later that vegetable oil was healthier than margarine.

    Now we are struggling with a new concept Trans-Free foods and fats, but what is all this about? WebMD has the answers:

    The whole problem with the regulation of trans fat is that it really doesn't regulate it. There are certain "types" that are not even considered. The products that usually say trans fat free will have 0.5 trans fat content. Though, at times they can have higher figures because they don't count certain things.
