Over the counter medications for hair loss can have so many chemicals that can cause side effects and was just curious about some of the more natural and effective remedies for hair loss?

Don't buy into them.. hair loss is a massive industry right now and it's easy to cash in on it. You need to find out what's going on inside your body, since that's where everything that can go wrong with us starts.

This may be a weird remedy but I would recommend to make a mark for your hair that is a blend of egg whites as well as honey.
Usually most shampoos are filled with harmful chemicals such as sulfates and I would recommend to first switch to a very natural shampoo. Other than that try to use the mask I suggested at least twice or three times a week.
    Good luck!

First you should see your dermatologist, in case it's a relatively simple vitamin deficiency or something that can be treated. Also, you could try a supplement with biotin.

The best natural remedy is to live as stress-free a life as possible and have a reasonable diet. Apart from that, hair loss is a lottery and not really something we can do a lot about. I wouldn't fancy the idea of spending huge amounts of money on products that may or may not work long term just for the chance of saving a few strands of hair.

This can be a great treatment for texture etc depending on hair type, but it would do nothing for whatever is causing the follicles to die. There are no products or treatments you use externally that will fix the issue.. only make the appearance a bit better and maybe growth speed of existing, healthy hair.

You will be surprised to see the results you will have if you just stop washing your hair with shampoo. Its the chemicals in shampoo that strips your hair and makes it weak. You can achieve a clean scalp and hair by just using a good conditioner. You will see a diference very fast.
