Many health professionals feel that coffee is not good for you because of the caffeine. I actually like the taste of coffee and try to drink decaffeinated. However, I know that there is still a small amount of caffeine, but what I didn't know until yesterday was that the caffeine is chemically removed. So, it's like we are exchanging caffeine for chemicals. The info I read said that it was best to drink naturally decaffeinated coffee. I have never heard of this type of coffee, I guess because I'm not a huge coffee drinker. Where would I find this type of coffee?

I did not know this existed. I wouldn't trust it though. Coffee is supposed to make you jittery, haha.

Studies related to the damage of caffeine, usually have different conclusions. Some research suggests it has beneficial properties for health that substance, while others only focus on highlighting the harmful effects on our body. I think the caffeine becomes a factor regardless if our coffee consumption is moderate. If you only take one or two cups per day, we shouldn't worry about these alleged effects. Reading on page Nescafe, I found this:

"The Arabica coffee bean contains about half the caffeine content of Robusta beans, which is why it is more appropriate to develop high quality decaffeinated coffee. There are rare types of arabica that naturally also have very low levels of caffeine . But in any event, each cup of decaffeinated coffee drink will have a minimal amount of caffeine."

Maybe that brand offers some special product, naturally decaffeinated. I do not know any, but there is always the possibility. Anyway, with or without caffeine, is always pleasant to enjoy a good coffee.

There's always so much information and it can be very confusing because everyone says something different. I tried a coffee that had caffeine, but it was supposed to be a healthy coffee because they added an herb called ganoderma. Supposedly, the herb "cancels out" the negative effects of the caffeine. I did love the energy it gave me, but I stopped drinking it because I was reminded of the fact that caffeine causes dehydration.
