My internet and TV company just merged with another so they have a new name and new prices. Sure, my prices remained the same, but I know of people that have seen their service upgraded to one equal to mine at almost half price and I find this unfair. I am investigating their offer and making a complain possibly today because I don't get how this can be possible! Have you seen similar cases/what do you think of this?
