Do any of you guys have a favorite brand of red wine that you always get when going to the liquor store, or do you just get any random bottles you could get your hands on to try out new brands every time? I myself am not a red wine nut at all and I couldn't tell the difference between them unless the bottle I got really tasted terrible, in which case, I'd remember the brand just so I could avoid it on my next liquor store trip, but apart from that I don't really make an effort to remember the brands that I did like and I usually just do trial and error and try all brands until I find one that I really like enough to stick to. Also, I usually just get the cheap brands but I'm wondering if I should start buying the pricier ones in hopes that I may find better ones in that category, but I honestly am skeptical that they would taste that much different to me since as I've said, I'm not really a connoisseur.
