I WILL buy groceries anywhere, but I typically shop at one store so I can rack up the loyalty points to spend on gas. The best part is there are gas loyalty points too that can be spent at the store.
I don't think it's good to limit yourself to one shop. You wouldn't know who has the better deal on what. For example, I like a brand of coffee that is $4.00 at the local grocery store, but it's only $2.00 at Target. I would prefer getting my coffee when ever I go to Target instead of spending 2.00 extra dollars on it at the grocery store.
I try to cram all my shopping into one store, but there are times that I go to other ones. It really depends if I don't find what I'm looking for then I'll try again somewhere else. I don't like to go to multiple stores because it wastes gas, so I try to get everything I need in one store.
I can't take but one store at a time, so I always try to find everything I need at the same store and that way you don't have to waste gas going from one to another. I am really not a shopper, so I have to find everything I need in that one store or else I will wait until the next shopping trip to pick up the rest. I am very short patient and I can't do like most women, just shop until you drop.
My family and I shop at a variety of different grocery stores since some things are cheaper at certain stores and some stores don't carry what we need. For instance, we tend to get milk at CVS, Walgreens and Walmart because they have the best milk prices and we buy most of our food in bulk at Sam's and Costco. We get bread at the Dollar Store whenever possible but they don't always have bread so sometimes we have to buy it at Walmart. We don't often go to Winn Dixie, Food Lion and Publix but we do if we find good coupons.
I use to shop on on single shopping store but when they reshuffle everything, I seem can't see where the products that I use to buy. My life has been messed up every time I go there lol So I shop to where I know where they put the usual product. I keep in mind where they put it every time I visit a store but if they move things, I can't help but curse lol
I will shop at 2 different places. They are all practically right across the street from each other too, so I don't have far to go. I will shop at Publix for all of their buy one get one free deals, fruit, and we love Boar's Head deli meat. Publix is the only place in town that carries it. Then I will go to Super Target or Super Wal-Mart for the rest.
I usually shop at two grocery stores. Walmart has everything so I like to go there first for most of my groceries as well as soap, vitamins shampoo etc. Aldis has the best deal on fresh produce by far so I like to stop by after my main grocery shopping trip.
I do most of my grocery shopping at two stores, Trader Joe's and Sprouts Farmers Market. I like Sprouts because they offer bulk items and great weekly specials. I will also pick up vegetables and fruit at the local farmers market.
I stick to one grocery store usually. The particular one that I go to in my area offers a member card that is free to sign up for. The member card gives you extra discounts on food and other store items. On a regular trip I can save up to $10 for just purchasing what I would usually purchase at any store. I would look into this at stores in your area to see if they offer anything like this. Any savings can really add up!
I try to stick to Super Walmart but I usually go to other places depending on convenience and how much money I have. We have a Whole Foods that I would much rather shop at because of the unique foods but I can't afford to spend an entire paycheck on dinner.
I have two designated grocery stores I go to every week. Ralph's and Food 4 Less. Chances are, I am unable to find everything I need at the Ralph's by my place. Since Food 4 Less is right next door, I can usually find what I'm looking for there. I shop at Ralph's mainly because I have a member's card so I save a lot of money using it, otherwise I would just shop at Food 4 Less.
I shop at one grocery store strictly for produce and another for everything else. The "other" is a larger, and as a general rule, less expensive establishment, but they have a really great meat department. They also seem to carry a much wider variety of ethnic food items, which I really enjoy because I am a very adventurous diner. If the town in which you live has several grocery stores, I would encourage you to at least take a walk through all of them. You would be amazed at the interesting little things you will find.
I shop at three when ever i do my big shopping trip for the month. I get my fruits and vegetables from sprouts (organic store) then my meats from frazier farms (another organic store) and all my can goods, water , juices, etc from walmart. I save a lot more then just shopping at one store.
I try to shop at several grocery stores, taking advantage of the offers in each one but I do usually end up gravitating to the largest one each time. Unless I see something that is too good an opportunity to miss, I end up sacking the idea of multi-shopping and do it all in one store to get it over with!! I HATE grocery shopping with a passion!!
I used to go to different grocery stores, but lately, because of my bad back, I order from a place called Netgrocer, which delivers to your house, for a reasonable fee. I love it.
I shop at multiple different grocery stores for various reasons. I usually shop at Piggly Wiggly on some days as I can take advantage of their Pig Points. You can buy certain items and you get a discount at the gas station. I have saved up where I only had to pay a penny per gallon for gas. Then, I will find good sales on food at Pick N Save or Festival foods. I like how Pick N Save has sushi and Festival has some great choices for organic food.
