Does anybody know if there is a way to bill a phone for money, like what some companies do by saying "text to [random number] to donate $10 to [charity]"?
Also, does it output to Paypal? I have seen one service, but I forgot what it was.

In my country, paying for items or sending money via mobile phones is quite popular, so I think that to find out how to perform such a transaction then you must recall what cellular company offers that service and then call their customer care for more info, or just google it online.

I think this is something you're going to have to contact Paypal about. I don't however believe they do anything like this. Even if they did the cost for usage seems like it'd be prohibitive.

I know in countries like Japan this is popular and I know its linked to your service provider somehow. Perhaps its best to call your provider or go to their website for more information.
