@ addicted_buyer, well they said that my account may have been compromised, so they asked me to change my password and link a credit card to it. I was only able to change my password that time and I didn't link a credit or debit card to it. I didn't have a debit card yet that time so I just left it at that. But 2 years later I created another Paypal account and it's also now verified. I just wonder if I can ask Paypal's staff to transfer my balance from my limited account to my main account? Do you happen to know if this is allowed?

    Please someone help me!!
I received the coupons by e-mail, but at the end of the purchase appears an error message advising that my PayPal account has been limited!
What can I do to prevent this?
I've tried to use various masking of IP and to no avail!

    HELP ME, PLEASE!!!!

They limited your (new) account when you tried to pay? Could you take a screen shot? Did you make sure to confirm your e-mail?

Pops up this message when I go to finalize the purchase:

    The correct would appear this:

My account is being limited to finalize the purchase, exactly as shown in the first link. I've checked out the emails and even then can't buy! Please help me!

I've never gotten one of these coupons. I have gotten the e-bay bucks offer though. I bought something off ebay recently and got $0.68 in ebay bucks. What a waste lol. I can't see that program lasting long.

What are you trying to buy? Can you or can you not log in to your PayPal account?

I am looking to buy a headphone for $ 14. Whenever I close the purchase with PayPal, in the last step appears that message in red warning that my account has been limited.
Is it because I am creating many PayPal accounts from the same IP?

I forgot to remember that I created a Paypal account early this April, but with a different name and address, because my friend asked me to create one for her. I checked the email that's associated with that account, and I did not receive an email from Paypal. My country is Philippines. I guess the offer isn't really available for my country.

You didn't answer my question though. If you go to paypal.com (not eBay), can you log in with your account details? Are you shown any error messages or any messages saying your account has been limited?

@ sidney: Sorry to hear that :( I hope they make this available for other countries as well. Today is the last day in which the coupons were active, so maybe they're choosing a different location to give them out for free now.

the thing is that it says limited just after you apply coupon and log into paypal to pay. It asks to confirm and pay but then it shows error and after sometime you get email that your account is limited.

@ addicted_buyer, I think their target market is only for people who only live in North and South America, because that's what the companies usually target anyway. Better luck next time.

Can you tell me how whether this is still working?

I will buy Argentina VPN if needed.

Please PM me full procedure if you can. I don't want to waste time...

Like I mentioned above, this stopped working on April 15th. I got my last coupon on the 13th or around that time. I'll contact an admin to close this thread to avoid confusion ;)
